The breakfast session is open at 7:45 and breakfast is cleared away at 8:15am to prepare the classroom for the nursery session and to prepare the children for starting school.
We usually provide a self-service breakfast of a variety of cereals and fresh fruit and have a toast/crumpet bar with a selection of toppings available.
There is always fresh drinking water available and milk during breakfast time. We try and make breakfast a relaxed fun time before the children start their school day, our staff take the children over to school just before their school day starts.
Afterschool
We collect children at the end of their school day as well as from their clubs which may finish at different times, please make us aware if your child is attending a school club.
Our booking times are - up to 4:15pm or up to 5:15pm.
We offer the children a light snack if they are staying after 4:15pm.
If your child has any food preferences or allergies please make sure you let us know about this when they join our clubs. Some of the foods we have are fish finger sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, pasta, cheese and crackers and pizza. This is followed by something sweet such as malt loaf, yoghurt, and rice cakes.
Booking Information
To use the Out of School Club Facilities in the Preschool building, bookings must be made via our EYLog booking system.
You need to inform us of the following information:
• your name
• the email address you wish to use for the main contact
• your child’s name
• your child’s date of birth
We will then send you a link to download the EYLog app.
Before you can make any bookings, we will send you a registration form to complete. You must complete all of your child’s and family information, add at least 3 emergency contacts and tick the consents you agree with.
You can then book the sessions you require via the EYLog app. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
Bookings can be cancelled by emailing the office on crookhillearlyyears@gmail.com. We must have 24 hour’s notice of a cancellation to prevent you being charged. We will invoice you at the end of the month and payments can be made via childcare vouchers, Tax Free Vouchers, Bacs or cash.
